Below is a list of our cleaning services:
Each standard End of Tenancy Clean includes cleaning of the stated number of bedrooms, stated number of bathrooms (a bath and a toilet or a shower cabin and a toilet), 1 kitchen (including 1 of each kitchen appliances: single oven, fridge + freezer, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher and washing machine ), 1 dining room and hallways
*If the property is larger than 2000 sq ft then an additional charge of 20% will be added to the quote below, for properties larger than 2500 sq ft an additional charge of 30% will be added to the quote below
1 Bedroom
Professionally clean 1 bedroom flat, we will clean the kitchen including all standard appliances, 1 bathroom, vacuum the carpets and mop the floors, dust, wipe and clean all surfaces, including internal windows and light fittings £180
2 Bedroom
Professionally clean 2 bedroom flat, we will clean the kitchen including all standard appliances, 1 bathroom, vacuum the carpets and mop the floors, dust, wipe and clean all surfaces, including internal windows and light fittings £250
3 Bedroom
Professionally clean 3 bedroom flat, we will clean the kitchen including all standard appliances, 2 bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and mop the floors, dust, wipe and clean all surfaces, including internal windows and light fittings £320
4 Bedroom
Professionally clean 4 bedroom flat, we will clean the kitchen including all standard appliances, 2 bathrooms, vacuum the carpets and mop the floors, dust, wipe and clean all surfaces, including internal windows and light fittings £370
Carpet & Upholstery
Cleaning
We offer professional carpet cleaning and shampooing at £40 per room and £ 50 per item - sofa / mattress
Domestic Cleaning
We offer domestic cleaning charged at £20 per hour
Extras
Extra charges:
Extra storage room from £12, extra utility room from £20, extra study / conservatory room £30, additional living or dining room £40, walk-in wardrobe from £30.
Additional bathroom £50, extra WC £30, extra shower cabin £40;
Second oven/ double oven/ oven combined with a grill £40; Second fridge or double fridge £40, kitchen island £40, tumble dryer £20;
Cleaning of a balcony can be added from £30 or higher according to the size of the terrace. All the windows will be also cleaned externally;
Cleaning of blinds and shutters can be added for £8 per single blind and £16 for a double;
If there are any stairs (to be vacuumed, mopped or dusted) at the property will be charged £15 per flight of stairs (1 flight of stairs consists between 10 and 13 steps);
Professional shampoo clean of carpets, upholstery and mattresses can be added during the booking process. We will then provide you the price;
External window cleaning is not included in the service.
If external window cleaning is required, it will be charged £5 per standard window. The price can vary depending on the size of the window. We can only clean accessible windows on the ground floor or if they open inwards.
What is not included in the service:
The end of Tenancy cleaning does not include walls (we do not wash the walls but we do remove cobwebs if there are any), patios, gardens, washing up, laundry.
